Position: Founder Associate Intern
Type: Internship
We are looking for a Founder Associate to work directly alongside our CEO and senior leadership team, acting as a trusted right hand on the company's most strategic workstreams — from M&A; and investor relations to cross-functional initiatives in a fast-moving proptech scale-up
Support the CEO and CFO in preparing materials for investors' meetings (e.g. Board of Directors, fundraising roadshows, investor reporting, etc.), as well as internal management materials (e.g. M&A; Strategic Playbook Design: Support the CEO and GM in documenting the strategy and playbook related to AI-based roll-ups with a focus on network of real estate agencies across Italy and France, including market assessment, pipeline profiling, underwriting & structure criteria, EBITDA value creation plan and pre-/post-M&A; processes
M&A; Business & Financial Diligence:
Support the CEO and management team, leveraging the support of external advisors, in processing business and financial diligence of the identified M&A; qualified targets aimed at building sound investment memos for effective decision-making
Casavo Investments Strategic Projects Support: Support the CEO and Real Estate Asset Manager in bringing forward key strategic projects related to Casavo Investments units (e.g. capital structure reviews, process improvements and special situations deals)
General Cross-Functional Initiatives Support: Background & Functional Experience
MSc in Engineering, Business, Finance broadly.
Previous internships in investment banking or strategic consulting is a plus.
Italian native-speaking;
English proficiency;
French knowledge is a plus.
Strong entrepreneurial mindset with business curiosity
Strong analytical skills (Office/ Google Suite)
Financial statements/ corporate finance understanding
