We are looking for a skilled and autonomous Electronics Test Engineer to join a technically exciting program, testing an infotainment control unit that manages both infotainment and connected services.
Your Growth Opportunities:
- Test specification. Writing test documentation and test cases;
- Test preparation and automation. Preparing and configuring the test setup — hardware/software tools, harnesses, automated systems — and developing automated routines to increase testing efficiency;
- Test execution and analysis. Running functional and diagnostic/electrical tests, on bench or on vehicle, analyzing results, identifying root causes and collecting relevant data (logs, traces);
- Test reporting. Preparing reports, managing issues through bug-tracking tools, and attending periodic alignment meetings;
Your skills that will help us to get ahead:
- You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in electronics, informatics or IT-related engineering;
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience in electrics/electronics testing, ideally in automotive - you’re already autonomous on core tasks;
- Solid knowledge of CANalyzer and CAPL (Vector toolchain); familiarity with vehicle bus systems (CAN, LIN, Ethernet)
is a plus;
- Familiarity with communication technologies and wireless standards (short/long range) related to connected services; AWS knowledge is a plus;
- Strong passion for automotive, electronics and innovation;
- Good focus on testing methodologies, with attention to (connectivity) function delivery;
- Good knowledge of Italian and English (written and spoken);
Total compensation:
- Contract type: Permanent contract
- Gross annual salary (RAL): €30.000 – €40.000 (determined on the basis of objective, neutral, and verifiable criteria)
- Benefits: meal vouchers €6.50, corporate agreements/discounts
- Lavoro da remoto: individual remote working agreements
- Working hours: Full-time (40 hours per week) with flexibility
