Job Purpose
Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of software applications to support the organization's business operations and strategic goals.
Job Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement IT application strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
- Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of IT application projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor and evaluate the performance of IT applications, implementing improvements as necessary.
- Innovation: Stay updated with the latest technological trends and innovations to drive continuous improvement in IT applications.
- Documentation:
Ensure comprehensive documentation of IT applications, including user manuals, technical specifications, and operational procedures.
- Reporting: Generate and present reports on IT application performance, project status, and strategic initiatives to senior management.
Education
Bachelor's Degree in IT, Engineering
Experience
- Minimum ten years of experience in IT management.
