Step into The Social Hub Belfiore, a buzzing hotspot in Florence packed with 539 rooms, commercial spaces, and a massive rooftop pool. As our Member Host, you are the face of our community space and the primary connector for everyone who walks through the door. You will turn simple daily interactions into lasting relationships, keeping the space lively and operations smooth. In Case You Don’t Know Who We Are
Known for being the rule breakers in hospitality, TSH is a fun, creative and inspiring environment where everyone can work, stay, learn and play and most importantly – be themselves. As an employer we look, act and think like a hotel, but instead we offer a lot more. Think student accommodation, long and short stay options, gyms, talks, events, rooftop bar and eat & drink escapes as well as community and coworking spaces. Located in The Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Italy, France, Spain, Portugal, and the UK, with several new openings on the way, this hybrid hospitality concept may take root in the heart of Europe, but our plans are set for going global.
What You’ll Do
- Create a warm, inclusive vibe where members feel supported and connected every day.
- Connect members based on shared interests and drive active community engagement.
- Host and champion community events, encouraging members to join in on the fun.
- Give engaging tours to potential new members and showcase everything our hub has to offer.
- Manage daily hub operations, from inbox queries and mail to day-pass bookings.
- Keep membership spaces clean, organized, and ready for every shift.
- Share house guidelines clearly and answer member requests with confidence and warmth.
What You’ll Have
- You bring a solid background in hospitality, ideally in hotels or customer-facing spaces.
- You have a natural gift for connecting with people and solving problems quickly.
- You bring fluency in Italian and English, and extra languages are a big plus.
- You have a hands-on, "let’s do this" mindset and stay calm during peak periods.
- You bring strong organizational skills and love juggling multiple tasks at once.
- You have the legal right to work in Italy (EU citizenship or a valid work permit).
