We are looking for a highly motivated Commercial Excellence Specialist with a strong academic background and 1–2 years of experience in a similar role to join our organization.
The ideal candidate is a team builder, proactive, flexible and open-minded, with an energetic and results-oriented attitude.
The successful candidate will be highly motivated to contribute to the growth of our Company in Italy while developing their own professional skills in a dynamic and rapidly evolving environment.
The new colleague will have the opportunity to manage a wide range of activities within the Commercial Area, with a primary focus on quantitative analysis, business insights and Sales analytics, supporting a rapidly developing Company with a strong product pipeline across multiple therapeutic areas.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the CRM tool, supporting its full implementation and adoption across the organization and becoming the company reference point for CRM-related activities.
Collect, analyze and cross-reference multiple internal and external data sources to identify healthcare stakeholders, accounts and market opportunities, providing recommendations for strategic actions.
Collect, analyze and cross-reference multiple internal and external data sources to develop product- and region-level sales forecasts and support target-setting activities.
Leverage knowledge of the local market environment to suggest initiatives and projects supporting sales development,
in compliance with applicable laws, regulations and healthcare system sustainability principles.
Support the implementation of commercial, market access, marketing, public affairs and patient advocacy projects, acting either as project lead or supporting function, in alignment with the Commercial Lead and relevant functions.
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to successfully implement and manage Go-To-Market activities related to commercial execution.
Ensure that all strategies, tactics and activities comply with applicable internal policies, external regulations and industry standards.
Ensure compliance with all applicable local rules and regulations, in alignment with relevant legislation and the Celltrion Code of Conduct.
Accurately document field activities, including meetings with relevant stakeholders, distribution of approved materials and related expenses, in accordance with company policies and applicable regulations.
Essential Requirements
Master's degree in Life Sciences, Economics, Management Engineering or a related field.
Knowledge of CRM tools and experience with data analysis.
Fluent Italian and good command of English, both written and spoken.
Experience in data analysis and project management.
1–2 years of experience in Commercial Excellence, Sales Operations, Business Analytics or consulting.

Previous experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology or healthcare industry, preferably within a multinational environment.

Range Retributivo: RAL 30,000 € - 40,000 €
