Job description
STAFF S.p.A. – Agenzia per il lavoro, filiale di Roma Eur, is looking for a qualified CUOCO/A to join the team for meal preparation in canteens and barracks (number of meals: from 10 to 50).
Reference areas:
Tuscolana, Ostiense/EUR, Pisana.
Required skills:
Previous experience as a cook, preferably in canteens or communities
Good ability to manage the kitchen and supplies
Availability to work on
split shifts
(morning and afternoon)
Seriousness, punctuality and reliability
Main responsibilities:
Preparation of meals according to the established menu and in compliance with hygiene and health regulations
Management and cleaning of the kitchen and work tools
Control of raw materials and reporting of supply needs
Collaboration with dining room staff and facility contacts
Compliance with the quality and quantity standards required by the client
