1.专项服务：负责行业客户和专项保障客群专项服务保障，承接商家的服务异常处理及需求承接，跟进处理专项商家异常单，保证异常事件在时效内有效闭环，为商家提供一站式服务，提升专项商家满意度； 2.组织协同：与运营、销售沟通协同，快速定位客户问题，通过专项保障的方式，为客户提供物流一体化服务，提升客户粘性，助力经营指标达成。
