Job Title: English Teacher

Location: Northern Italy

Our clients are looking to appoint an experienced and enthusiastic English Teacher to join their new international school community. The successful candidate will have a strong record of raising student attainment and a genuine passion for student welfare.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver engaging and inclusive English lessons at Key Stage 3, GCSE, and/or A-Level/IB Diploma level.

- Inspire and challenge students, fostering critical thinking and subject mastery.

- Contribute to curriculum development and assessment strategies.

- Support students beyond the classroom through tutoring, mentoring, and extra-curricular activities.

- Collaborate positively with colleagues and maintain high expectations of student behaviour and achievement.

Essential Requirements:

- Qualified teacher status with at least 2 years teaching experience.

- Proven track record of improving standards in the classroom.





- Strong knowledge of British curriculum (Key Stage 3/GCSE/A-Level or IB Diploma).

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.

- Ability to adapt EAL teaching strategies within subject lessons.

- Commitment to student welfare and holistic development.

Desirable:

- Willingness to contribute to boarding duties (allowances available).

- Ability to teach an additional subject.

- Coaching, outdoor pursuits, or extracurricular qualifications/interests.
