/ph3Your role at KIKO MILANO /h3pWe are looking for a Legal Specialist (Maternity Cover) to join KIKO MILANO's Legal Corporate Affairs Team, reporting to the Italy Global Real Estate Legal Director.
/ppSuch talent will provide legal support across a broad range of business activities, ensuring legal compliance while protecting the Company's interests and supporting business growth in Italy and internationally.
/ph3In particular, you will: /h3ulliReview, negotiate and draft real estate agreements, supporting the development of KIKO Group's retail network.
/liliReview, negotiate and draft a broad range of retail and marketing contracts, protecting brand image and reputation.
/liliDraft prize promotions rules and related terms and conditions and manage their implementation.
/liliProvide legal advice on all legal matters supporting KIKO Group Italian and foreign entities.
/liliPartner with internal stakeholders to identify legal risks and provide practical and business-oriented solutions.
/liliSupport the Legal team in the management of day-to-day legal activities and corporate documentation.
/li /ulh3What you will need to succeed /h3ulliDegree in Law.
A qualification obtained abroad will be evaluated if recognised as equivalent to a degree in Law, pursuant to current legislation.
/liliUp to 3 years of overall experience in a retail company and/or in an international law firm gained in civil, commercial, corporate, real estate and/or MA law.
/liliExcellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Word.
/liliFluent in English, including the ability to negotiate and draft effectively.
/liliStrong contract drafting and negotiation skills.
/liliProblem solver with the ability to resolve legal and business issues practically and efficiently.
/liliHighly organized, with the ability to work under pressure, prioritize and manage workloads to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
/liliPassionate about building relationships and collaborating with legal teammates and key stakeholders.
