ppCoordinate people, activities, and services to turn the daily operations of the property into a high-quality experience for our guests.
/p pYou will join the Camping Sass Dlacia team in a central role, bcoordinating /b day-to-day operations and bsupporting /bManagement.
/p pYou will act as a key link between the different operational departments, helping ensure borganisation /b, continuity, and bservice quality /b, with equal battention /bto both the people working at the property and the bguest experience /b.
/p pWe are looking for someone bdynamic /band well organised, able to identify priorities, coordinate bworkflows /b, and step in with a practical approach when needed.
/p ul liOversee the daily operations of the property, coordinating and supporting the different departments.
/li liWork closely with Reception, Housekeeping, Food Beverage, Maintenance, and other services to ensure smooth and effective operations.
/li liSupport Management with operational priorities, staff coordination, and day-to-day organisation.
/li liHandle operational issues, guest requests,



and situations that require coordination across multiple departments.
/li liEnsure company standards are followed and help maintain high levels of organisation, safety, and service quality.
/li liContribute to the continuous improvement of processes, work organisation, and the overall guest experience.
/li /ul pAn borganised, confident, and people- and results-oriented person /b, able to coordinate different activities while maintaining an overall view of the property.
/p pWe are looking for someone with experience in hospitality or in operational and coordination roles, with strong interpersonal skills, hands?on leadership, and a practical approach to problem solving.
/p pKnowledge of the different departments within a hospitality property, experience coordinating teams, and foreign language skills are a plus.
