The position is based full-time at the strongMilan /strong headquarters of a global investment banking and financial services organisation located at Via Santa Margherita.
/ppbr / /ppThis is more than a traditional print-room operator role.
We are looking for someone with the right attitude: positive, practical, client-centric and keen to help the onsite service move to the next level.
/ppThe role will provide support across print, finishing, mail, scanning, stationery management, fulfilment and wider workplace services activities, while contributing to a professional, responsive and high-quality onsite client experience for a growing Milan business community, supporting day-to-day operational delivery in a fast-paced, high-profile corporate environment.
/ppbr / /ppstrongKey Responsibilities /strong: /ppbr / /ppPrint Document Services /pulliOperate digital colour and black and white print equipment safely and effectively.
/liliProduce client documents to a high standard, ensuring accuracy, quality and timely delivery.
/liliComplete finishing activities including binding, laminating, folding, stapling and document preparation.
/liliSupport enlargement, reduction and specialist document requests as required.
/li /ulpbr / /ppMail, Scanning Fulfilment /pulliSupport incoming and outgoing mail activity, including collection, distribution and related administration.
/liliProcess scanning and digital document requests accurately and confidentially.
/liliComplete fulfilment, insertion and distribution requests efficiently.
/li /ulpbr / /ppStationery, Paper Points Operational Support /pulliManage stationery control, ordering and replenishment activities.
/liliSupport paper point management, ensuring availability and appropriate stock levels.
/liliProvide broader operational and workplace support to the onsite team where required.
/li /ulpbr / /ppClient Service Continuous Improvement /pulliBuild trusted relationships with client stakeholders and Paragon Works colleagues.
/liliTake ownership of client requests and follow through to completion.
/liliCommunicate clearly, professionally and proactively with clients and team members.
/liliIdentify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, client experience and service value.
/liliContribute ideas that help evolve the onsite service offering in line with the client's growing Milan business.
