and display standardsAssist in the production and shipment management of sales support materials for storesSupport stock monitoring activities and share replenishment needs related to visual requirementsCollaborate with Store Managers to evaluate layout changes and improvement initiativesManage and share visual photo reports and store feedbackSupport window display preparation and execution aligned with brand identityRequired Skills & QualificationsTechnical SkillsItalian native speaker (mandatory)Good knowledge of EnglishBachelor’s Degree preferably in Art, Design, Fashion, Marketing, or related fieldsGood knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel)Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign) is a plusInterest in visual merchandising, branding, and retail environmentsSoft SkillsStrong organizational and multitasking skillsCreative mindset with attention to detailGood communication and interpersonal skillsProactive attitude, flexibility, and willingness to learnTeam player with the ability to work autonomouslyCustomer-oriented approach
