ppbCommercial System Specialist /b /p pWe are looking for a bCommercial Systems Specialist /b to play a key role in supporting, optimizing, and driving the adoption of commercial systems and digital solutions across the IBIT cluster (Italy, Spain, and Portugal).
/p pIn this position, you will help ensure that commercial tools, reporting solutions, and digital initiatives effectively support business growth, customer engagement, sales excellence, and marketing effectiveness.
Working closely with Sales and Marketing teams across IBIT and the Global Commercial Development Team, you will contribute to delivering innovative digital capabilities and strengthening commercial performance.
/p pbAbout the Role /b /p pAs a bCommercial Systems Specialist /b , you will be responsible for supporting and enhancing commercial systems, reporting solutions, and digital initiatives across Italy, Spain, and Portugal.
/p pWorking closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Commercial Analysts, and Global Commercial Development teams, you will drive system adoption, improve data quality and reporting capabilities, support digital transformation projects, and identify opportunities to simplify processes and increase commercial effectiveness.
You will act as a key partner in ensuring commercial systems deliver value to the business while remaining aligned with global standards and strategies.
/p pbWhat You Will Do /b /p ul lipbCommercial Systems Management: /b Support management, optimization, and continuous improvement of commercial systems across the IBIT cluster, ensuring alignment with global standards, data quality, reporting capabilities, system performance and business needs /p /li lipbDigital Transformation Innovation: /b Contribute to digital transformation and commercial excellence initiatives by supporting the implementation,
adoption and continuous enhancement of digital tools, technologies, and processes at local market level /p /li lipbStakeholder Engagement User Adoption: /b Collaborate with cross-functional local and global stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective system solutions, drive user adoption and ensure successful delivery of commercial initiatives /p /li lipbTraining Support: /b Provide user support, maintain documentation, and deliver training and capability-building activities to enhance system knowledge, reporting proficiency and effective use of digital platforms /p /li lipbContinuous Improvement: /b Support Continuous Improvement Process initiatives by identifying opportunities to streamline processes, increase automation, improve commercial effectiveness and promote standardized best practices across the IBIT cluster /p /li /ul pbWho You Are /b /p ul lipUniversity degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, Data Analytics or a related field /p /li lipRelevant experience in commercial systems and/ or CRM management, sales operations, business analytics or similar areas /p /li lipExposure to digital transformation initiatives combined with Digital Project Management attitude supported by experience with reporting and business intelligence tools, preferably Power BI including data modelling, DAX measures,
and Power Query transformations /p /li lipStrong interest in digital technologies and data-driven decision-making,; AI-enabled solutions, Python, Power Apps and Visual Basic is considered an advantage /p /li lipStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills combined with the ability to translate complex data into meaningful business insights and actionable recommendations /p /li lipProactive and collaborative Team Player with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of building effective relationships and working successfully in an international and cross-functional environment /p /li lipContinuous improvement mindset, passion for innovation, and strong focus on driving user adoption and business value through technology and process optimization /p /li lipProfessionally proficient in English both written and spoken, Spanish knowledge is considered as a strong plus /p /li /ul pbWhat We Can Offer You /b /p pOur purpose, Breaking Barriers to Well-being, provides meaning to everything we do.
