We are looking for a Mandate Specialist Intern to support our team in delivering investment solutions to UBS Wealth Management clients in Italy.
Your role
Responsibilities
As a Mandate Specialist Intern, you will support the team in a variety of activities related to discretionary mandates and alternative investments.
Your responsibilities may include:
Coordinate the monthly review and publication of after-sales materials and support the distribution of investment-related communications.
Prepare and update sales and aftersales marketing materials and presentations for internal and client use.
Support Client Advisors by providing product-specific information, education and updates on investment solutions and investment processes.
Update business monitoring tools, dashboards and analytical reports to support team activities and business development initiatives.
Monitor daily CIO research and market insights, identifying and sharing the most relevant content with main stakeholders.
