/ppbr/ppbr/ppbAbout the Role /b /ppbr/ppbr/ppWe are seeking a Business Development Manager based in Italy to develop new opportunities across the Italian leather goods, accessories, and fashion ecosystem.
The ideal candidate understands how design, product development, sourcing, and manufacturing work together and can help connect relevant brands and product teams with YIBI's manufacturing capabilities.

/liliBuild relationships with product development, sourcing, procurement, and supplier-management professionals.
/liliIntroduce YIBI's hardware engineering and manufacturing capabilities.
/liliSupport initial product discussions, development inquiries, and commercial follow-up.
/liliProvide insights into Italian leather goods and accessories industry needs.
/liliDevelop long-term relationships with brands and industry partners.

/liliFamiliarity with leather goods, bags, accessories, hardware components, or premium manufacturing.

/liliStrong commercial judgment and communication skills.
/liliExisting industry relationships in Italy are an advantage.
