We are looking for an HR Data Quality Improvement Intern to join our HR team and support a global project aimed at strengthening the quality and reliability of HR data in SuccessFactors.
In this role, you will help improve data completeness, consistency and accuracy, contributing to more effective HR processes, analytics and decision-making across the organization.
You will work closely with the project team and HR stakeholders to identify data gaps, follow up on corrections and support the timely completion of key activities.

Main Activities:

- Support the review and validation of HR data available in SuccessFactors;
- Monitor data completeness,



consistency and accuracy across the different areas included in the project;
- Identify missing, incomplete or inconsistent information and maintain structured records of the issues detected;
- Support the follow-up with the relevant HR stakeholders regarding required data reviews and corrections;
- Monitor the progress of data remediation activities and provide regular project updates;
- Contribute to the review of organizational data, including legal entities, business units, departments, cost centers, positions, reporting lines and manager hierarchies;
- Support the validation of employee master data, including personal, employment, contractual, job and work-location information;
- Contribute to the review of compensation-related data, including salary information, pay components, grades, bands and eligibility information;
- Support the preparation and maintenance of data quality reports, scorecards and project documentation;
- Collaborate with the project team in defining and implementing monitoring activities and preventive data quality controls.

Requirements:

- Master's degree in Economics, Management, Human Resources, Data Analytics, Statistics, Business Administration or a related field;
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail;




- Confidence in working with data, spreadsheets and structured information;
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel;
- Ability to organize activities, monitor progress and manage follow-ups with different stakeholders;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Proactive, accurate and results-oriented approach;
- Good command of English and Italian;
- Interest in HR processes, HR information systems and data management.
