Our Graduate Development Program is a three‐year journey designed for recent graduates who look beyond the obvious, challenge existing processes, and are driven to automate and reinvent the way things work. The program is structured into four progressive phases, each with distinct learning objectives. Tasks evolve according to your abilities and interests, ensuring the experience is as individual as you are. From day one you join ION on a full‐time permanent contract, carry real accountability on live projects, and are paired with senior professionals who guide your development throughout the journey. Across phases you will work at different stages of the product lifecycle—from discovery to launch—gaining exposure to a wide range of teams, challenges and methodologies. Conducting user interviews,
usability tests and surveys to generate actionable insights Designing wireframes, prototypes and visual mockups aligned to brand standards and user expectations Collaborating with product managers, developers and operations teams to deliver consistent end‐to‐end experiences Presenting solutions, gathering feedback and iterating based on real‐world data Master's degree in Product Design, Service Design, Interaction Design, Human‐Computer Interaction or a related field—obtained within the last year or currently in progress, with a strong academic record Written and spoken English at B2 level or above Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in cross‐functional teams Based in Italy or willing to relocate;
