The Front Office Specialist will be responsible for managing front desk operations by providing exceptional customer service, scheduling appointments, answering and directing phone calls with professionalism, and ensuring efficient receptionist duties.
Daily tasks include greeting clients, addressing inquiries, managing documentation,



and maintaining a welcoming and organized environment.QualificationsStrong Phone Etiquette and Appointment Scheduling skillsDemonstrated ability in Customer Service and providing a positive client experienceProficiency in handling Receptionist Duties and maintaining a professional front office spaceExcellent Communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team membersAbility to multitask and manage time xysqume effectively in a fast-paced environmentExperience in the automotive industry is advantageousProficiency in office software and systems (e.G., Microsoft Office, scheduling tools)High school diploma or equivalent education is required; post-secondary education is a plus
