The candidate will be responsible for routine and non-routine maintenance of industrial electrical systems, ensuring their proper functioning and operational continuity. He or she will perform troubleshooting and diagnostics on electrical distribution and automation panels, independently resolving any malfunctions.
They will be able to read and interpret single-line and multi-line electrical diagrams, wire electrical panels and machine-mounted controls, and perform work on industrial automation and control systems. They will also be responsible for inspecting and replacing electrical components such as contactors, relays, inverters, sensors, and motors, and will participate in functional testing and system commissioning.
The candidate will prepare technical documentation and service reports, working in full compliance with current electrical safety regulations and collaborating with the maintenance team to ensure high standards of quality and efficiency.
Requirements
- Technical diploma in electrical, electrical engineering, electronics, or an equivalent field;
- At least 5 years of experience as an industrial maintenance electrician;
- Excellent ability to read and interpret single-line and multi-line electrical diagrams;
- Experience in the maintenance of industrial electrical systems, distribution panels, and automation systems;
- Skills in wiring electrical panels and machine-mounted systems;
- Knowledge of the main components and related maintenance tasks;
- Experience in troubleshooting and electrical diagnostics;
- Ability to perform functional testing and system commissioning;
- Attention to detail, ability to work independently, problem-solving skills, and ability to work as part of a team;
- Knowledge of and compliance with current electrical safety regulations.
