ppbWorkday HRIS Analyst /b /ppLocation: Milan or London /ppBrand: Capri /ppReporting to: Manager, Workday Department /ph3Overview /h3pThe HRIS team sits within the wider HR function and is responsible for the configuration, administration, and optimisation of the Workday HCM platform across EMEA. The team partners closely with HR and business stakeholders to ensure the platform supports evolving people processes, maintains data integrity, and drives operational efficiency. This role reports to the Manager, HRIS EMEA, and plays a key part in delivering system enhancements, resolving issues, and supporting ongoing Workday performance across modules including Absence/Time-Off, Compensation, Performance/Talent, and Recruiting. /ph3What You’ll Do /h3ulliConfigure, test, and implement system changes and enhancements across the Workday HCM platform. /liliDesign and maintain Workday business processes and system configurations to support evolving business needs. /liliLead requirements gathering and prioritisation sessions with HR and business partners. /liliManage and deliver configuration requests, building strong relationships with stakeholders across brands. /liliTroubleshoot and resolve both basic and complex system issues, providing end‑user support as needed. /liliMaintain Workday system structures including supervisory organisations, EIBs, and transaction support. /liliDevelop and deliver reporting requests, presenting insights clearly and effectively to stakeholders. /liliLead or support HRIS projects, including configuration, testing, and process improvements. /liliPartner with HR to conduct recurring audits ensuring data accuracy and compliance across EMEA. /liliIdentify opportunities to improve system functionality and operational efficiency,
