For our client an entrepreneurial buy build platform backed by experienced investors, pursuing an ambitious growth strategy through acquisitions, we are looking for a highly motivated:br brbBuy Build I MA Sr.
Analystbr/b brTo join the italian team at an early stage and actively contribute to sourcing, evaluating, and executing acquisitions, while also supporting the set?up of internal financial processes.br brThis is a hands?on role offering full exposure to the deal lifecycle, from origination to execution, in a fast?paced and dynamic environment.br brbActivitiesbr/b The candidate will be involved across the board in the main origination, analysis, and execution activities:brulliSupport in identifying investment opportunities through market scouting, target screening, and initial contact with potential targets; /liliDevelopment, updating, and maintenance of financial models to support transaction evaluation; /liliFinancial analysis of targets, including valuation, business planning, and financial modeling /liliSupport in the execution phases, coordinating external advisors and contributing to negotiation activities; /liliReview of contractual documentation and preparation of materials for internal and external decision-making (e.g.,



financial institutions); /liliSupport in structuring and optimizing internal processes, reporting tools, and performance control and monitoring frameworks.
/li /ulb br/bb Required Profilebr/b The ideal candidate has:brulliDegree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or similar disciplines; /liliApproximately 2-3 years' experience in MA (boutiques, private equity funds, buy-and-build projects, or similar contexts); /liliExcellent command of Excel and solid financial modeling skills (with a focus on cash flow); /liliExperience in analysis Financial analysis, investment evaluation, and business planning; /liliInterest and attitude for origination activities; /liliOperational approach and ability to work in dynamic and entrepreneurial environments; /liliExcellent knowledge of English.
