Role Description The Graphic/Motion Designer for Social Media Ads is a remote, contract role focused on creating high-impact visual content for performance-driven campaigns. This role involves designing graphics and/or motion video assets for paid social ads across platforms such as Meta, TikTok,
LinkedIn, and others, aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
The designer will collaborate with strategists and media buyers to translate creative briefs into compelling storyboards, animations, and short-form videos optimized for conversion and engagement. Daily tasks include iterating on multiple ad variations, adapting creatives for different formats, incorporating data and test results into creative improvements, and preparing final files for deployment.
The role also requires maintaining consistent visual standards, managing timelines, and proactively contributing creative ideas to enhance campaign performance.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Graphic and/or Motion design for social media advertising.
- Advanced knowledge of industry-standard design (e.g., Figma, Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effect, or equivalent).
- Portfolio demonstrating performance-focused social media creatives
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to work independently in a remote environment. xkiyazw
- Experience collaborating with marketing, growth, or performance teams; familiarity with paid social best practices is a plus.
