T he Finance International Controlling & Reporting Special ist (Reporting to the Consolidation, Controlling & Reporting Manager) is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely preparation of managerial report ing and supporting t he external consolidated financial stateme nts of the entities in the sco pe. The ideal candidate will have experience in Financial Controll in g and Business Performance Analys is.
Key Responsibilit ies
M anage monthly, quarterly, and annual repo rting processes at Group levelAnalyze consolidated financial statements in compliance with IFRS (or applicable
GAAP)Ensure timely and accurate reporting to internal stakeho l ders. Analyze financial results and vari ances, driving financial performance and providing insights to management to support strategic decision m akingSupport subsidiaries in reporting processes and provide accounting gui danceCoordinate with local finance teams across different coun triesContribute to the prepar ation of management reports, board presenta t ions, and financial disclo suresEnsure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and proce duresDrive continuous improvement and automation of reporting proc esses
Key Require ments: Bachelor's or Mas ter's degree in Finance, Accounting,
or related fieldAt least 5 years of experience in financial controlling and rep orting, preferably in a multinational envir onmentExperience with Group Rep orting and complex organizational stru cturesStrong analytical and financial modeling capabi litiesStrong knowled ge of
IFRS (or relevant accounting stan dards)Experience with consolidation tools ( e.g., SAP BPC, Hyperion, One S tream)Advanced Excel skills

Offer: Salary rang e: from €39.000 to
€46.000, that will be defined depending on the level of adherence of the candidate to the job requ irementsCollective Agreement: In accordance with the provisions of the Specific Collective Labour Agreement (CCSL – CNEL code: CO10), and in particular with regard to the classification within the third profession al area.
