Italian Subsidiary of Listed Multinational
To support the integration of the new company into an International Listed Group, we are seeking a highly skilled Finance & Control Manager. This role reports directly to the Italian Managing Director, with a dotted-line reporting relationship to the Group CFO.

The successful candidate will establish and strengthen key financial processes, including reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and controlling, while ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Integration Leadership: Lead the successful financial integration of the company into the Group. Ensure timely execution of activities and maintain transparent progress reporting.
- Finance Operations Oversight: Coordinate with both internal and outsourced finance teams to guarantee accurate and timely execution of accounting, internal reporting, tax compliance, VAT filings, and annual financial statements.
- Financial Communication Serve as the primary finance liaison between the local entity and the Group, managing all financial communications and delivering mandatory reports and presentations including monthly results, forecasts, budgets.
- Planning & Forecasting: Lead the local budgeting and forecasting processes in partnership with the broader management team.
- Governance & Compliance:
Ensure local financial processes are aligned with Group policies and internal control standards.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and lead change initiatives in collaboration with management.
- Project Participation: Contribute to strategic projects, including the preparation and evaluation of business cases.
- ERP Experience: Prior experience in ERP system implementation is considered a strong asset.
We are looking for a finance professional with:
- At least 5 years of relevant experience, ideally across both controlling and audit functions within an international environment.
- Proven leadership in finance integration projects, with strong planning and organizational capabilities.
- A solid background in the manufacturing sector, with a results-driven mindset and the ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal, listening, and communication skills, with a collaborative and detail-oriented approach.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude toward continuous improvement.
- In-depth knowledge of IFRS.
- High proficiency in IT tools, including ERP systems, business intelligence platforms, Microsoft Office, and advanced Excel.
Qualifications
- A Master's degree in Economics, Management Engineering, or a related field is required. xkiyazw
