We are looking for an experienced Technical Manager to lead and coordinate our Technical Department.
The successful candidate will oversee all engineering and technical activities, ensuring the efficient design, development, and industrialization of products and systems.Working closely with Production, Service, Sales and Purchasing teams, you will play a key role in delivering innovative, high-quality technical solutions aligned with company objectives and industry standards.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, motivate and manage the Technical Office team, including engineers, designers and technical draftsmen.Coordinate and supervise the design and development of products, systems, and customer projects.Ensure compliance with technical regulations, industry standards, and safety requirements.Collaborate with the Sales Department in defining technical specifications and supporting proposal preparation.Support Production during industrialization activities and technical problem-solving processes.Manage technical documentation, ensuring drawings, manuals, and related records remain accurate and updated.Monitor project timelines, costs,
and quality performance.Drive continuous improvement initiatives and promote technological innovation across the organization.RequirementsEducation & ExperienceMaster's Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related engineering discipline.Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar leadership role.Previous experience within the plant engineering/industrial systems sector.
Candidates with experience in the heat transfer or chiller industry will be given preferential consideration.Good command of the English language, both written and spoken.Technical SkillsStrong knowledge of CAD software such as AutoCAD and/or SolidWorks.Experience with ERP systems.Knowledge of SAP is considered a strong advantage.Soft SkillsProven leadership and people-management skills.Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Strong project management capabilities.Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.Results-oriented mindset with a focus on quality, efficiency, and innovation.What We OfferSalary package €65K–€75K and MBO Premio.Opportunity to lead strategic technical projects within a growing organization.Collaborative and innovative working environment.If you are a dynamic engineering leader with a passion for innovation, technical excellence and team development, we would love to hear from you.
