The Finance International Controlling & Reporting Specialist (Reporting to the Consolidation, Controlling & Reporting Manager) is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely preparation of managerial reporting and supporting the external consolidated financial statements of the entities in the sco
pe.

Key Responsibilit
ies: Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting processes at Group
levelAnalyze consolidated financial statements in compliance with IFRS (or applicable
GAAP)Ensure timely and accurate reporting to internal stakehol
ders.Analyze financial results and variances, driving financial performance and providing insights to management to support strategic decision m
akingSupport subsidiaries in reporting processes and provide accounting gui
danceCoordinate with local finance teams across different coun
triesContribute to the preparation of management reports, board presentations, and financial disclo
suresEnsure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and proce
duresDrive continuous improvement and automation of reporting proc
esses
Key Require
ments:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related
fieldAt least 5 years of experience in financial controlling and reporting, preferably in a multinational envir
onmentExperience with Group Reporting and complex organizational stru
cturesStrong analytical and financial modeling capabi
litiesStrong knowledge of IFRS (or relevant accounting stan
dards)Experience with consolidation tools (e.g., SAP BPC, Hyperion, OneS
tream)Advanced Excel
