ppDescrizione dell'offerta di lavoro /p h3Your mission /h3 pAs a Sales Manager Ukraine, you will directly report to the Territory Manager Italy Slovenia, Croatia, Albania, Malta.
You will be the key contact point for our customers in Italy Slovenia, Croatia, Albania, Malta and play a crucial role in designing, developing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands the company's customer base and ensures its strong presence in the country.
/p h3Your main responsibilities /h3 ul liIdentify and seize sales opportunities in Italy Slovenia, Croatia, Albania, Malta following the company's overall strategic plans and financial objectives.
/li liDevelop and maintain relationships with distribution channels and strategic customers.
/li liActively drive sales engagement and strategies aimed at specific customers.
/li liMaintain relationships with leading PV project developers at multiple levels to establish GoodWe as a preferred supplier and partner for power conversion electronics in their projects.
/li liForecast and review sales results regularly to ensure established targets are met; and take corrective action as needed.
/li liSupport the product management teams in defining and improving the product portfolio in the designated markets by regularly gathering feedback from customers and business partners, and closely monitoring the industrial trends.
/li liImplement the GoodWe brand strategy aligned with company objectives to fortify GoodWe's market presence in the designated countries.
/li /ul h3Your Profile /h3 ul liExcellent negotiation skills.
/li liStrongly networked in the renewable energy industry, preferably in the PV industry.
/li liExcellent communication skills including presentation and public speaking skills to diverse audiences.
/li liExcellent customer relationship management.
/li liBachelor's degree, preferably in Electrical Engineering or related technical discipline.
Alternatively, a commercial degree with high technical affinity.
/li liFluent in Italiano and English.
/li liAt least 5 years of sales experience with products in the photovoltaic industry in Italy, preferably inverters.
/li liStrong multicultural competence.
