- Provide information, assistance and post-sales support
- Handle customerreports, complaints and requests, ensuring effective and timely resolution
- Maintain a highlevel of customer satisfaction and professionalism in every interaction
- Represent the assigned brands consistently with their values and communication standards.Requirements &
- Skills:Fluency or Mother Tongue in at least two of the following languages: English, French, German
- Italian is not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer orientation and a service-minded approach
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to manage customer requests effectively
