ppIn this role you drive operational excellence for Glovo's ITSEE Quick Commerce region, aligning commercial goals with execution.
You will own regional performance, optimizing picking, packing, and delivery while reducing cancellations and managing large orders.
As the regional engine for efficiency, you'll implement initiatives that impact PL and customer experience, and scale best practices across markets.
You'll partner with cross-functional teams to turn data insights into concrete improvements and faster, cheaper, and more reliable service.
This is a hands?on role at the intersection of operations, analytics, and regional strategy, with a clear impact on growth and service quality.
/pulliCoordinate regional Partner Ops initiatives in line with global programs (e.g., picker accounts, Wait for Assembly).
/liliEnable local teams to hit performance targets on operational metrics (Item Not Delivered, Cancellations, Waiting Time).
/liliDevelop strategies to improve order picking accuracy and speed in a commercially viable way.
/liliImplement initiatives to reduce 'Big Orders' costs consistent with global programs.
/liliBridge Q-Commerce needs with the core Supply Operations team to optimize outcomes.
/liliDesign and own the QC analytical framework for the ITSEE region.
/liliMaintain unified reporting across ITSEE markets to ensure data consistency.
/liliIdentify bottlenecks through deep-dive data analysis and translate findings into action plans.
/liliServe as a knowledge hub to scale wins from one city/country across the region.
/lili3+ years in Operations, Logistics, or Project Management, ideally in Quick Commerce.
/liliProficiency in SQL and advanced Excel; able to build dashboards and interpret data storytelling.
/liliOperational mindset with hands?on experience in store operations or courier behavior.
/liliProcess?oriented with ability to design scalable, automated frameworks.
/liliStrong stakeholder management and ability to influence in a multicultural environment.
