About The Role The Communications team makes sure every message counts. They turn complex ideas into clear, compelling stories that resonate across the business and beyond. By shaping how Revolut speaks to the world, they connect teams, amplify our brand, and ensure the right message reaches the right audience at the right time. We’re looking for a Communications Manager to lead communications in Italy and support strategic initiatives in Greece. You’ll be owning media relations, driving proactive storytelling, and managing corporate reputation while working closely with local leadership and global teams. Up to shape what’s next in finance? Let’s get in touch. What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading and executing the communications strategy for Italy while supporting Greece
- Building and maintaining relationships with top-tier business, financial, and consumer media
- Developing proactive storytelling campaigns to support growth and brand positioning
- Managing product launch communications and corporate announcements
- Driving executive profiling and securing speaking opportunities
- Handling reputational issues and reactive communications when needed
- Managing external PR agencies and tracking campaign performance
- Collaborating with Product, Growth, Legal, and Government Affairs teams
- Partnering with the global Communications team on international initiatives
- Exploring new formats, including key opinion leaders and earned social content
What You’ll Need
- 5+ years of experience in corporate communications or public relations
- Solid media relationships across Tier 1 outlets in Italy
- A proven track record managing crisis and reputational issues
- The ability to work autonomously and own projects from end to end
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
- Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills
- A solid understanding of the Italian media landscape
- Experience working in fast-paced or high-growth environments
- Fluency in English
- Fluency in Italian (native level)
Nice to have
- Experience in fintech, banking, technology, or international organisations
- A background in agencies
- Exposure to influencer or content-led communications strategies
- Fluency in other languages
