The Group, a world leader in the luxury sector, operates in more than 45 countries with the PRADA, Miu Miu, Versace, Church’s, Car Shoe and Luna Rossa brands, and has employees of over 100 nationalities. /p h3JOB PURPOSE /h3 pThe candidate will support the Image Events team in the planning, coordination and execution of events and special projects, contributing to initiatives that enhance the Group’s brand image worldwide. /p h3RESPONSIBILITIES /h3 ul liSupporting the day-to-day organization and coordination of events and brand activations. /li liAssisting with administrative activities related to event management, including POs, invoice tracking, supplier onboarding and archive management. /li liSupporting the preparation of presentations, reports and project documentation. /li liAssisting in the coordination of agencies, suppliers and external partners. /li liSupporting guest management and event logistics when required. /li liCoordinating translations and managing internal documentation and graphic archives. /li liMaintaining and updating team tools, including event calendars, budget trackers and project files.
/li liAssisting in the organization of meetings and cross-functional coordination with internal stakeholders. /li /ul h3KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS /h3 ul liBachelor's or Master's degree in Communication, Marketing, Event Management, or related fields. /li liExcellent knowledge of English. /li liStrong organizational skills and attention to detail. /li liProactive attitude and willingness to learn. /li liAbility to work effectively in a team and manage multiple tasks. /li liGood knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook). /li /ul pJoining our Company means working in a creative and international environment, with teams of people motivated by curiosity and the quest for excellence.
