We are seeking a ICT Project Manager for our Milan office.
The ICT Project Manager is responsible for the complete management of complex technology projects, ensuring effective planning, technical coordination,
resource management and communication with stakeholders. The role ensures that projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the agreed quality standards, in line with the organisation's strategic objectives.
Main Activities
- Project Planning
- Define the scope of the project, objectives, deliverables and roadmap.
- Develop detailed project plans, including activities, milestones, effort estimates and budgets.
- Coordinate kick‑off and planning activities with internal and external teams.
- Technical Oversight
- Monitor the technical aspects of the project, ensuring consistency with company architectural and technological standards.
- Collaborate with technical teams to define solutions.
- Validate technical analyses, designs, test plans and technological deliverables.
- Capacity Management
- Plan and manage the necessary resources, ensuring adequate coverage of skills.
- Monitor team workloads, availability, and performan
