By joining Croda, you will be part of a team who are using smart science to create a more sustainable future.As we deliver our ambitious Growth Strategy, we are looking for an ambitious Sales Representative to join our Pharma team, responsible for identifying, developing and maintaining profitable sales in Pharma markets.Who We’re Looking For: Experience of working in a similar Sales role, ideally with 2+ years of experienceKnowledge of regulations preferableBachelor’s Degree i.E.
Biology, Pharmacy, Chemistry or other scientific fieldsProficiency in MS OfficeMust be fluent in local languageMust have good oral and written proficiency in the English languageWhat You’ll Be Doing: Territories of responsibilities will include Italy, Croatia, Slovenia
- with up to 70% travel requiredTo identify,
develop & maintain profitable sales in line with annual targets/sales planTo negotiate best possible commercial agreements with customersGenerate Croda’s CRM, Call Reports, Sample & Internet Inquires, and Sales Pipeline to drive the sales processPerform all duties within the Company’s safety, health and environmental regulationsAll other duties as assigned by managementAdditional InformationThis is a hybrid role based at our Mortara site, located in Pavia province.You must reside, or willing to relocate, in the north of Italy
