Overview
You will deliver on-site commissioning, diagnostics and issue resolution for Schneider Electric medium-voltage solutions, supporting complex projects with hands-on field service. As part of a global service team, you’ll perform startup activities, assess installations, and conduct root-cause analyses to ensure optimal unit performance. You’ll train customers, document outcomes, and contribute to preventive and corrective maintenance. This role offers exposure to advanced MV systems and a culture focused on safety, expertise, and professional growth.

Responsabilità
- Startup and commissioning across MV equipment
- Evaluate installation and operation conditions
- Perform on-site adjustments for optimal running
- Conduct root cause analysis for quality/software/operational issues
- Collaborate with Schneider service engineers or partners during site interventions
- Document test results and generate site reports
- Train customers on basic equipment operations
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for MV products
Requisiti fondamentali
- Thorough understanding of electrical principles for medium voltage
- Knowledge of automation and protection relays ( Fundamentals )
- Ability to work under general direction
- Commitment to safety policies and procedures
- Strong reading, analysis, and written communication skills
- Ability to define problems, gather data, and draw conclusions
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Willingness to travel internationally 70–80% of time
- Electrotechnical education
- At least 5 years’ commissioning/field service experience
- Experience with MV power distribution products (Schneider Electric or other brands)
- Knowledge of protection relays is a plus
- Ability to work independently and troubleshoot complex technical challenges
- Excellent hands-on mechanical and electrical skills
- Fluent English (B2+ level)
