From rapid deployments to complete transformations, you'll provide integrated, cloud-based HR solutions that put organizations on the fast track to a better way to work. /b /p h3In this role, you will help our clients get the most out of their Workday investment by: /h3 ul lipLeading/Contributing in the design of Workday integrations (from medium complexity to very complex custom solutions) /p /li lipCollaborate with Integration Leads and Functional consultants in the design and development of integration solutions between Workday (for HR data/processes) and other client systems (including external systems like Payroll, Time and Identity Management) /p /li lipCollaborate with clients on industry standards and leading practices in the Integration domain, contributing to technical integration solutions that meet client needs and objective and applying Workday and Accenture methodologies.



/p /li lipSupport workshops and discussions on topics in Workday Integration functionalities. /p /li lipDevelop juniors in the configuration of Workday integrations and related testing. /p /li lipAbility to work in a diverse and disparate environment through the implementation. Liaising closely with client counterparts, Accenture colleagues, and Workday to exceed client expectations /p /li lipActively supporting innovation /p /li /ul p#LI-EU /p h3We are looking for experience in the following skills: /h3 ul lipFluency in IT topics and interest in System Integration /p /li lipKnowledge of Workday Integrations in HCM area (Payroll, Studio, Connectors, XSLT, etc.) /p /li lipAdequate team-work client-facing skills, with the ability to work in teams, projects, and stakeholder interactions effectively /p /li lipAbility to work in dynamic environments, delivering high-quality outcomes under competing priorities /p /li lipExcellent verbal and written communication skills, able to translate complex requirements into clear solutions /p /li lipLanguage fluency in English /p /li /ul h3Set yourself apart: /h3 ul lipExperience in IT integrations or programming languages /p /li lipWorkday Orchestrate /p /li lipWorkday Extend /p /li lipKnowledge about project management, ITIL and other IT standards /p /li lipKnowledge of HR Payroll systems/processes /p /li lipHas consulting experience /p /li lipAdditional European language fluency (e.g., Italian, French, Spanish) /p /li /ul pCompensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to role, level, location, effort, responsibility, skillset, and level of experience.
