ppThe Opportunity: We are supporting an international organization in the search for a Head of IT Operations to lead and continuously improve its global IT infrastructure and operational services. Reporting directly to the Global Head of IT, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, security, scalability, and performance of the company's IT landscape while leading internal teams and managing strategic technology partners. This is a highly visible leadership role combining technology, service management, people leadership, and infrastructure strategy in a global environment. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliLead and develop the IT Operations and Infrastructure function on a global scale. /liliEnsure high availability, performance, and security of enterprise IT services. /liliManage hybrid infrastructure environments across on-premise, private cloud, and public cloud platforms. /liliOversee networking, cloud services, endpoint management, identity services, and cybersecurity operations. /liliDrive continuous service improvement and operational excellence. /liliManage external vendors and service providers, ensuring delivery against agreed SLAs. /liliEstablish and maintain IT operational processes, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Management. /liliSupport Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery initiatives. /liliCollaborate with business and technology stakeholders to align IT operations with strategic objectives.



/liliLead and mentor technical teams across international environments. /li /ulh3What We Are Looking For /h3ulliProven experience in IT Operations, Infrastructure Management, or Service Delivery leadership roles. /liliPrevious responsibility for managing technical teams and external providers. /liliStrong background in enterprise IT environments and operational governance. /liliExperience with ITIL-based service management practices. /liliExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills. /liliStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. /liliFluent English. /li /ulh3Technical Environment /h3ulliMicrosoft Azure /liliMicrosoft 365 Active Directory Microsoft Entra ID /liliWindows Server Linux environments /liliVMware or Hyper-V Enterprise Networking /liliFortinet technologies /liliSD-WAN SASE solutions /liliMicrosoft Intune /liliBackup Disaster Recovery platforms /liliInfrastructure Monitoring Tools /liliITSM Platforms /liliPowerShell and Bash scripting /li /ulh3Why Join? /h3pGlobal scope and high visibility within the IT organization.
