ppRINA is currently recruiting for a Real Estate Tender Advisor to join its office in Milano within the Real Estate General Management Division. /p h3Mission /h3 pThe Tender Advisor plays a crucial role in supporting the overall tender management process, contributing to the timely and successful submission of tenders by ensuring compliance and accuracy in documentation. /p h3Key Accountabilities /h3 ul liTender Documentation: /li liAssist in the preparation of tender documentation, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with tender specifications. /li liCollaborate with internal teams to gather required information for inclusion in tender submissions. /li liTimeline Management: /li liWork closely with the Tender Manager and senior staff to manage timelines for each tender, ensuring that deadlines are met. /li liMonitor and communicate progress to relevant stakeholders. /li liCompliance Assurance: /li liEnsure that tender submissions adhere to tender compliance procedures, legal and regulatory requirements. /li liCollaborate with legal and compliance teams to address any issues related to tender compliance. /li liData Management: /li liManage and update the Tenders Database, ensuring that it is accurate and up-to-date. /li liArchive all tender documents systematically for future reference. /li liVendor Qualification: /li liSupport the qualification process for the company and its subsidiaries on the Vendor List. /li liAssist in managing the qualification procedures through Customer Suppliers Portals. /li liResearch and Information Gathering: /li liMonitor notices and outcomes of public and private tenders. /li liConduct research to gather relevant information about potential tender opportunities. /li liCommunication: /li liCommunicate with internal teams and stakeholders to gather necessary information for tender submissions.



/li liAssist in maintaining effective communication channels throughout the tendering process. /li liQuality Assurance: /li liContribute to the quality assurance process by conducting reviews of tender documents. /li liCollaborate with team members to ensure the accuracy and quality of tender submissions. /li /ul h3Education /h3 pBachelor’s Degree in Economics or Business Administration Finance Management /p pMaster’s Degree in Law /p h3Qualifications /h3 ul liAt least 1-3 years of experience in a tendering or procurement role, ideally in a technical or engineering-focused industry. /li liExperience in preparing and reviewing tender documentation for complex projects, including compliance checks and proposal management. /li liFamiliarity with public and private sector procurement processes and tendering regulations. /li liExperience working with cross-functional teams to compile tender submissions and ensuring alignment with client requirements and specifications. /li liUnderstanding of contract management and negotiation processes related to tender submissions and awards. /li liStrong knowledge of tender management processes including evaluation criteria, contractual terms, and documentation requirements. /li liFamiliarity with procurement systems and software (e.g., SAP Ariba, Oracle Procurement Cloud, or similar platforms). /li liUnderstanding of legal and compliance requirements within the tender process, such as contract law, government regulations, and industry-specific standards. /li liKnowledge of costing and pricing strategies for tenders,
