Your primary responsibility will be to ensure high-quality technical support, meeting Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and adhering to process compliance. /p h3Your Primary Responsibilities Will Include /h3 ul liAnalyze and Resolve Incidents: Analyze and resolve infrastructure-related incidents, minimizing downtime and ensuring prompt restoration of services. This involves identifying root causes, implementing fixes, and verifying resolution. /li liProvision and Deploy Infrastructure: Provision, deploy, configure, and migrate infrastructure products to meet client needs, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption to services. /li liConduct Risk Assessments: Conduct business impact analyses and risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities, providing recommendations to mitigate risks and enhance overall IT resilience. /li liManage and Support Infrastructure: Manage and support infrastructure products, ensuring they are running at optimal levels, meeting performance and security requirements, and adhering to process compliance. /li liEnsure Process Compliance:



Ensure that all infrastructure-related activities are performed in accordance with established processes and procedures, meeting SLAs and regulatory requirements. /li /ul pIn line with applicable pay transparency requirements, we are sharing the annual base pay range (gross per year). Projected minimum salary: 33.150 EUR - Projected maximum salary: 64.350 EUR.
