YOUR ROLE /b /pulliYou will join a technical team involved in the development and implementation of solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform. /liliYou will be responsible for configuring and implementing Dynamics solutions according to customer requirements. /liliYou will work on the configuration of Customer Service and Omnichannel modules. /liliYou will be involved in the management and implementation of Dataverse and related processes. /liliYou will collaborate on testing, deployment and solution release support activities. /liliYou will interface with the technical team and stakeholders involved in the implementation of the solutions. /liliYou will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and international environment, developing skills in digital transformation and CRM solutions. /li /ulpbr/ppb?️ 2. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES /b /pulliConfigure and implement solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics. /liliSupport the configuration and customization of Customer Service functionalities. /liliManage and configure Omnichannel solutions according to project requirements. /liliImplement and configure Dataverse and related application processes. /liliAnalyze functional requirements and translate them into configurations and technical solutions.



/liliSupport development and process optimization activities within the platform. /liliPerform testing activities on implemented solutions. /liliSupport deployment and release activities for updates. /liliCollaborate in resolving any technical issues arising during testing or post-deployment phases. /liliCollaborate with the project team to ensure the proper functioning of implemented solutions. /liliSupport the management and evolution of solutions according to customer requirements. /liliContribute to the technical and functional documentation of the activities performed. /li /ulpbr/ppb✅ 3. REQUIREMENTS /b /pulliExperience in the development, configuration or implementation of Microsoft Dynamics solutions. /liliKnowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform. /liliKnowledge of Microsoft Dataverse and the main concepts related to data and process management. /liliKnowledge or experience in configuring Dynamics Customer Service. /liliFamiliarity with Omnichannel functionalities. /liliExperience in testing activities and application solution deployment support. /liliGood analytical and problem-solving skills. /liliAbility to work in a team and interact with both technical and functional stakeholders. /liliGood knowledge of the Italian language. /liliAvailability to work in a bfull remote /b mode. /li /ulpbThe following will be considered a plus: /b /pulliExperience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service. /liliIn-depth experience with Power Apps and Power Platform. /liliAdvanced knowledge of Dataverse.



/liliExperience in configuring Omnichannel solutions. /liliKnowledge of CRM and Customer Service processes. /liliExperience in testing, deployment and release cycle management activities. /liliFamiliarity with Power Automate and process automation. /liliKnowledge of integrations between Dynamics and external systems. /liliExperience gained in digital transformation projects. /li /ulpbr/ppb WORKING MODE /b /pulliFull Remote. /liliCollaboration with distributed technical and functional teams. /liliOpportunity to work on innovative projects involving Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform. /li /ulpbr/ppb 4. WHAT WE OFFER /b /pulliThe daily rate for this role ranges from €200 to €220. The position is offered under a VAT-registered freelance collaboration (P.IVA). Placement within the range will be determined based on technical skills, specific experience in the role and the outcome of the selection process, according to objective and neutral criteria.
