Final decisions regarding candidate progression are always made by Ferrero recruiters and hiring managers.Main Responsibilities:Maintenance and Investments BudgetProvides economic and quantitative impacts on maintenance budget due to new or updated maintenance policies, together with Maintenance ManagerCollaborates with Maintenance Manager and UGP Maintenance Coordinator in elaborating and consolidating investment budget proposals with regard to the impact on the Maintenance processesMaintenance Strategic plan: together with the Maintenance Manager, manages the definition of the strategic plan of Maintenance over the next 3 years in terms of evolution of strategy to be applied to new and existing lines.Maintenance Policies and PerformanceDefines guidelines for maintenance policies in collaboration with Maintenance Manager and UGP Maintenance Coordinator, in order to verify their feasibility and expected benefitsDefines the maintenance performance indicator (KPI) and promote to their value analysisDefines the data collection methods and analysis to be performed in order to evaluate maintenance policiesDefines and shares the failure data analysis methods, in order to correctly collect related dataCollects and analyses, in collaboration with UGP Maintenance Coordinator and Maintenance Manager,



the equipment's performance and failure dataDefines the machine breakdown logic and the physical layout hierarchy for equipment's (functional location system management)Collaborates with Maintenance Manager in defining auto-maintenance (production routine maintenance) potential application scopeAccountable for ensuring the updating, sharing, classifying and storage (also digital archive) of machine books, manuals, technical documentation, technical drawingMaintenance PlanningSupports the UGP Maintenance Coordinator in planning the maintenance (preventative and predictive), above all providing him/her with information related to maintenance policies updating (ex: PM frequency) and / or new policiesCollaborates with UGP Maintenance Coordinator for the identification of corrective and preventative actions based on the equipment efficiency analysisNew Projects ManagementProviding him/her with information related to maintenance policies updating (ex: PM frequency) and / or new policiesQuality and Food SafetyEnsure all program requirements/standards regarding quality and food safety are implemented, practiced and maintainedTo assist in the implementation of and conformance to the Environmental Management System within key process areas.Group's Maintenance NetworkContribute to the activity and projects managed by the Central Maintenance TeamCollects, elaborates and shares best maintenance practices (available internally or externally)Contribute to the activity and projects managed by the Ferrero Engineering for the maintenance related topicsAbout You:Minimum University degree in a relevant Engineering disciplineMinimum five (5) to ten (10) years of relevant industry experience,



specifically experience within a fast‐paced manufacturing environmentStrong technical background in Maintenance and EngineeringDemonstrated experience with coordinating activities across cross‐functional areasFlexible to accept and prioritize multiple challenges and quick change in prioritiesStrong leadership and people management skillsProven hands‐on problem solving and project management skillsStrong understanding of equipment design and functionKnowledge of GMP, HACCP, and other relevant food safety and environment regulations is an assetStrong analytical skills; ability to make suggestions and implement improvementsKnowledge and experience with Lean ManagementAccounting Knowledge – budgeting, AP and depreciation plansKnowledge of Microsoft Programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Understanding of Design programs i.E AutoCADKnowledge of SAP PMCareers with caring built in - discover our benefits here.The base salary range for this position is $75,000 - $90,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job‐related factors permitted by law.
