pWe're changing the way fleets, rental companies and insurers handle vehicle maintenance, repair and claims. Our SaaS suite is built on data, proprietary algorithms, AI integrations and a nationwide network of repair shops. /ppWe're a fast-growing automotive-tech scale-up, and we're looking for someone who wants to grow with us. /ppbr/pbThe role /bpYou'll sell our SaaS suite (V-Fleet, V-Parts, V-Insurance, V-Analytics and more) to new and existing customers, with a consultative approach and a focus on long-term relationships. Our platforms digitise and streamline the entire vehicle maintenance, repair and claims cycle, cutting costs and downtime for anyone running a large fleet. /ppRoughly 70% of the role is new business and 30% is growing existing accounts. The primary focus is short-term and long-term vehicle rental companies. /ppbr/pbWho you'll sell to /bulliShort- and long-term rental companies and fleet operators /liliInsurance companies, for claims handling /liliAutomotive and mobility operators /li /ulpYou'll be talking to senior managers and decision-makers: maintenance leads, procurement teams, claims managers. In Italy, and where relevant at the European headquarters of these groups. The international sales opportunities that come out of those conversations are just as significant. /ppbr/pbWhat you'll do /bulliWin new customers across rental, fleet, insurance and mobility /liliOwn the full sales cycle, from prospecting to close /liliGrow existing accounts over time, expanding the products they use (cross-sell and upsell) /liliRun meetings and demos,
with support from our tech team and CTO /li /ulpbr/pbWhat we're looking for /bulliExperience in consultative or enterprise B2B sales, and comfort with complex, multi-stakeholder deals /liliAn existing network among rental companies, fleets, insurers or other industry players /liliA background in B2B SaaS or software, ideally automotive tech, insurtech or mobility /liliA master's degree /liliFluent English, for conversations with international counterparts /liliKnowledge of the automotive, fleet, insurance or mobility sector /li /ulp /pbWhat we offer /bulliA central role in a scale-up that's redrawing its industry /liliReporting directly to the CEO, who leads sales at this stage, and real autonomy /liliThe first dedicated SaaS sales role at the company. You build it, with the prospect of growing a team around you /liliA path that starts in Italy, with the ambition of extending SaaS sales beyond national borders /liliAn indicative gross annual salary of €45,000 to €55,000, to be defined based on experience and skills, plus a performance-based variable /liliBased in Milan, with travel /li /ulpbr/ppThis position is open to candidates of all genders (L. 903/77 and D.Lgs. 198/2006) and to people of all ages and nationalities, pursuant to D.Lgs. 215/03 and 216/03.
