COUNTRY DIRECTOR ITALY
Based in
Rome
, the Country Director will assume full responsibility for the organisation, combining commercial leadership, people management, operational excellence and P&L; ownership.
This is a role for someone who wants more than a senior title.

THE MISSION
Reporting directly to the European Leadership Team, you will be responsible for defining and executing the growth strategy.
You will lead the organisation through its next stage of development, strengthening market positioning, accelerating revenues and creating a high-performance culture.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
BUSINESS & STRATEGY
- Assume full P&L; ownership for the country
- Develop annual business plans, budgets and growth priorities
- Identify new markets, clients and strategic opportunities
- Monitor commercial, operational and financial KPIs
- Drive sustainable revenue and profitability growth
COMMERCIAL LEADERSHIP
- Personally manage relationships with strategic clients and partners
- Develop new high-value business opportunities
- Build strategic partnerships and long-term commercial relationships
- Represent the company at institutional and industry level
PEOPLE & ORGANISATION
- Create a culture of accountability, entrepreneurship and performance
- Identify and develop high-potential talent
- Strengthen succession planning for critical roles
- Attract senior professionals capable of accelerating the organisation’s growth
