building and maintaining strong long‑term relationships. /li liOversee all design, engineering, procurement, and construction activities. /li liManage contracts, budgets, risk, and financial performance of projects. /li liLead, mentor, and develop a team of Project Managers and Engineers. /li liEnsure strict compliance with legal, safety, and sustainability requirements throughout project execution. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liDegree in Civil Engineering (or related discipline). /li li10+ years’ experience in large private‑sector construction (EPC/EPCM). /li liProven track record delivering complex industrial or mission‑critical facilities (e.g., data centres, logistics, or large industrial builds). /li liFluent in Italian and English. /li liStrong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
