You Will Report To The Manager Thermal Product Strategy EMEA To Gain deep insight into customer needs and desired outcomes through extensive customer, channel, and market research. Support Early Quotation Program becoming the Subject Matter Expert for the Tech Sales community until full product release. Define “VOC” voice of customer and share and drive requirements with global business units. Define business cases for new products developments and propose both organic and inorganic growth plans. Execute product business case on existing products in line with Thermal EMEA targets. Drive strategic and operational alignment across the EMEA Sales, Sales Operations, Finance, and the Global Business Unit.
