So, everything we do at CNH Industrial is about reaching new heights as one team, always delivering for the good of our customers. /p h3bJob Purpose /b /h3 pWe are looking for abPurchasing Controller /b to join our team and support purchasing cost control and supplier performance activities in a dynamic environment. /p h3bKey Responsibilities /b /h3 ul liMonitor purchasing costs and budget preparation /li liSupport cost analysis, savings tracking, CAPEX and SGA management /li liAssist Purchasing managers in cost breakdown and other analyses /li liCollaborate with different stakeholders withing Supply Chain and Platform to ensure alignment to strategic plan. /li /ul h3bExperience Required /b /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or similar /li li2-5 years of experience (internships welcome) in controlling /li liStrong analytical skills and technical proficiency (advanced financial modeling and data analysis skills (Advanced Excel, SQL, Power BI/Tableau,etc). /li /ul ul liHands-on experience with ERP systems (ie. SAP, Oracle,etc)



/li liFluency in English (Italian is a plus) /li liBusiness acumen and communication, coordination skills /li liHighly organized with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities and consistently meet strict deadlines. Capable of prioritizing complex tasks to deliver accurate results on schedule. /li /ul h3bPay Transparency /b /h3 pThe annual salary for this role is EUR €39,000.00 - €59,800.00 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.) /p pFor roles open across multiple locations, the salary range indicated refers to the primary location.
