The role mainly involves handling issues and acting as a first point of contact, redirecting clients and inquiries to the appropriate technical team.Main Responsibilities:Collect customers’ needs and complains by phone and email, forward them to relevant technical specialists.Provide basic support to customers’ requests (sales & tech info)Providing administrative and organizational support to the team on invoicing process, logistics support,
