Corporate and Leveraged Finance Intern

pThe Intern will join the strongCorporate and Leveraged Finance /strong (CLF) desk, as support to the Corporate and Corporate Acquisition Financing team in Milan. /ppShe / He will be involved in: /pp- Analysis of the existing and prospect clients of the bank in the context of financing transactions related to refinancing of existing debt facilities, capex, liquidity back-up lines, acquisitions; /pp- Financial Modelling and Business Plan analysis for financings /pp- Preparation of internal presentations and pitches /pp- Preparation of internal papers to present financing transactions in credit committees; /pp- Liaising with other teams of the bank in relation to transaction originated and / or syndicated by DOD /pp- Preparation of post-transaction memorandum; /pp- Monitoring of CLF Lending portfolio (exposures, RWA…) /pp- Market, benchmark and comparable analysis through Dealogic, Loanconnector and internal tools /pp- Analysis of main players within the Italian lending market (data analysis and PowerPoint presentations) for internal and clients/investors meetings purposes /ppThe Intern will deal with an international, challenging and rapidly changing environment, which requires multi-tasking skills, relational skills,
capabilities to work with time management and to respect strict deadlines. This experience will provide the intern with an unique opportunity to improve her/his knowledge of the loan market, with a focus on originating and structuring of loans for the large and mid-cap Italian corporates /ppbr / /ppstrongRequirements: /strong /ppbr / /ppLANGUAGES /pulliFluency in written and spoken English.
