Michael Page- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.- Oversee the recruitment and selection process to attract and retain top talent.- Manage employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.- Design and implement performance management systems to drive employee development.- Supervise and provide guidance to the HR team to ensure efficient operations.- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory HR requirements.- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, and procedures across the organisation.- Promote a positive and productive workplace environment.A successful HR Director should have:- Educational qualifications in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.- Strong knowledge of HR systems, labour laws, and practices in Italy.- Proven expertise in developing and implementing HR strategies.- Experience in managing recruitment, performance management,
