We follow the Golden Rule of travel: treat vacations like you want yours treated. /ppbr/ppbThe Candidate /b /ppbr/ppWe are seeking a bSocial Media Content Specialist /b with hands-on experience creating and managing social content, able to own the full content cycle independently: from editorial planning to production, from publishing to performance analysis. /ppbr/ppThe role carries full operational ownership of our social channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok), working closely with the content and video teams. /ppbr/ppbResponsibilities Qualifications /b /ppbr/pullibEditorial Planning: /b Manage the editorial content calendar based on available content, balancing the mix between TOFU, BOFU, and carousel content in line with channel strategy. /lilibPerformance Analysis: /b Monitor and analyze post performance data to understand what works and what doesn't, identify patterns, and iterate on the best-performing formats and topics. /lilibScheduling Publishing: /b Manage content scheduling, ensuring everything is actually published on time and in the correct format across the relevant platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok). /lilibContent Production: /b Produce content (videos and carousels) for social media, aligned with company strategy, from ideation through editing/layout. /lilibCopywriting: /b Write captions for content, adapting tone of voice and messaging to the format and platform. /lilibDaily Stories: /b Produce daily Stories to maintain an active, consistent presence across channels. /lilibCollaboration with the Video Team: /b Work closely with the video team on content production,
ensuring alignment between video assets and editorial strategy. /lilibUGC Coordination: /b Collaborate with the UGC team to integrate creator content into the overall editorial plan. /li /ulpbr/ppbWhat We're Looking For /b /ppbr/ppbCore Qualifications /b /ppbr/pullibExperience: /b at least 1-2 years of experience creating and managing social media content (travel industry experience is a plus). /lilibContent Production: /b hands-on experience producing videos and carousels for Instagram/TikTok (filming, editing, even from a smartphone). /lilibCopywriting: /b strong writing skills, with the ability to adapt tone and messaging across different formats. /lilibData Analysis: /b comfortable reading platform metrics (Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics) to inform editorial decisions. /li /ulpbr/ppbKey Skills Mindset /b /ppbr/pullibOwnership: /b able to independently manage the entire editorial workflow — from planning to publishing — without needing constant supervision. /lilibOrganization: /b strong attention to detail and ability to manage editorial calendars and multiple deadlines in parallel. /lilibTool Familiarity: /b experience with scheduling tools (e.g. Meta Business Suite, Later, Planoly) and editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Rush, Canva, or similar). /lilibDrive: /b a proactive attitude, curiosity about social trends, and the ability to propose new formats. /li /ulpbr/ppbWhat we offer: /b /pulli6-month fixed-term contract /liliSalary Range: RAL €25,000 - €30,000 /liliMeal vouchers (€7 per day) in accordance with internal company policy /li /ulpbr/ppAt The Tour Guy we offer equal opportunities.
