In this role, you will lead by monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and deliver impact through data-driven reports that shape our strategy in Italy. You will care for our collective success by collaborating with Sales, Operations, Finance, and Marketing teams to ensure we stay ahead of market trends. This can be a curricular or extracurricular stage and there is Reimbursement of 600 euro per month plus 7 euro buoni pasto per day.Location: Milan Reporting to: Business AnalystThese are some of the key components to the position:Monitor core business Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) daily to provide the team with clear, data-driven updates.Create impactful presentations and reports for senior stakeholders to support strategic decision-making processes.Coordinate with departments like Sales to track strategic commercial agreements and manage information accurately.Build automated dashboards to improve the efficiency of KPI monitoring and data management.Analyze expansion opportunities in the Italian market and develop business cases for the management team.Conduct competition monitoring to evaluate the effectiveness of our commercial positioning and ongoing strategies.Track market trends and competitive dynamics to help refine our long-term business strategies.What will you bring to the team?A proactive and curious mindset with a strong desire to learn within a fast-paced environment.A degree in Engineering, Economics,
